From my previous post I’ve talk about 25 Secrets Of A Successful Group Body Fitness Exercise Instructor. Today let’s take a look at 25 negative comments as a Group Body Fitness Exercise Instructor. These are the points that are highlighted my the Fitness clubs’ members/students. Something worth to take note in order to improve ourselves.

Here are the 25 negative comments from the members and students of various Fitness Clubs:

1) Group Exercise Fitness Trainer who share too much information (things that are confidential to the company). 

2) Absent from class too often, always having cover instructors.

3) Group Exercise Fitness Trainer  who ”stop” too often during the class.

4)  Kept apologizing, repeated apologies only drew more attention to the problem.

5) Sticking to the same choreography for months. 

6) Using the same music for too long.

7) Screaming or yelling into the mic

8) Sarcastic remarks or very impatient to new members

9) Sticking with sophiscated choreography when it’s clear the members are not following.

10) Lateness or rushing in to start the class. 

11) Out of shape instructors.

12) Group Exercise Fitness Trainer  that Brags, boast, self-absorbed comments or commentary.

13) Lack of individual eye contact. Scanning the crowd as opposed to sustained personal eye contact.

14) Very impatient physical adjustment of a posture to a member/student.

15) Cueing late, too fast, or using too many unnecessary words.

16) Clothing that is too revealing, old and faded or outdated.

17) ANY negative comments whatsoever regardless of the topic (especially talking about the company).

18) Political or religious commentaries.

19) Shyness, which is often misinterpreted as self absorbed and distant.

20) Lethargic/restless.

21) Too Outdated teaching styles or programs.

22) Group Exercise Fitness Trainer  who complain about every thing like the stereo, the club, etc.

23) Group Exercise Fitness Trainer who is so vain and constantly watching themselves in the mirror.

24) Always forgetting steps and choreography. 

25) Group Exercise Fitness Trainer who seem to be uninterested in getting to know their students

These are some of the negative comments share by the Fitness club members/students about we Group Exercise Fitness Trainer. Yes, It doesn’t feels good when you hear a comment like this. Hey these are great pointers for us to improve ourselves. Without these comments, we are always taking things forgranted. 

If we get these comments ourselves, don’t get too affected by it, if you think the comments are true about you, admit it and improve. I can guarantee that you will be on the road to be a very successful Group Exercise Fitness Trainer.
