Les Mills is the best. I've tried BTS and frankly the participants and instructors just look too messy and are doing really unsafe moves. It's all over the place and beginners have a hard time following. With LMI anyone can pick up any programme and get comfortable with it in a just a few classes. BTS looks too much like freestyle - lookin like they spaze out. And besides, where else can you find Gandalf... the best dance program around and don't get me started on step. Lookin fine and working hard!

Body Training Systems all the way baby!!! Les Mills is waaaay to flashy and full of fluff for me. BTS is how real instructors teach to real participants IMO. I was certified in BodyCombat then moved to GroupKick and absolutely love KICK. I believe the workout to be much more of a challenge and still keeps the integrity of the fight alive! Combat to me was all about how good the instructor looks, but who really cares about the participants. Again, all programs are good, I just believe BTS to be the BEST!

Woah, Les Mills hands down.....no competition. Looks like people are trying to copy what they have already done. I say go with the leaders, don't be a poser. For real, it is either a part of you, the part you will not change, or it is a phase, and we all know that a phase means it will change. Thanks for the information....And i am glad we all have choices, I will just stick with the original people, who have the passion and the desire to truly change the world
